How I Got Started

It all began a few months ago when I was up early on a Saturday morning and I began watching this infomercial on new electric pressure cookers. I was fascinated to see that they took so little time to cook an artichoke. One thing led to another and I purchased my first electric pressure cooker. I began trying all sorts of recipes out that I made on a regular basis, including cooking artichokes. I have told as many friends about the pressure cookers as I possibly can and they have told their friends.

I think I am up to about twenty-five pressure cookers sold. I guess my excitement was contagious. Since then my sister, Eileen, and I have been trying out new recipes and new techniques to get the most nutritious, tasty, and most of all, extremely quick meals. I'm excited to post all of the recipes that I've used and hopefully help you to use your electric pressure cookers. Let's get cooking!
